Today I'm gonna show you another partof the Nokia Health product line, this is the Nokia Body+ Body Composition Wi-Fi Scale.
What is going on, tech squad, Andru Edwards here,Editor-in-Chief at GearLive.

As I said, today we are taking a lookat another product in the Nokia Health lineupthat helps you live a healthier life.
This right here is the Nokia Body+,it is a body composition Wi-Fi scale.
A Wi-Fi scale, which means it connects to the cloud, connects to your smartphone and sendsall sorts of data to your Nokia Health account, which allows you to pay much closerattention to your overall health.
And, before we jump in, big shout-out to Nokiafor sending over the Body+ Wi-Fi scaleand for sponsoring this video.
We've all used a typical home scale before, whether it's an analog scale or digital scale,it's usually the same thing, you step on,your weight gets read, and displayed to youon the scale itself, and you step off.
Maybe if you're tracking things, you write down your progress or note it downsomewhere in your phone and off you go,forgetting about the scale until the next time you weigh in.
With the Nokia Body+ Wi-Fi scale, there's a lot more going on, giving youmuch deeper insight into your health and wellness.
Rather than focusing solely on weight, the Nokia Body+ also gives you full-body composition data,so you can pinpoint your efforts.
So, you may be wondering what I meanby body composition scale, so let me show youwhat the Nokia Body+ gives youwhen you step on to the scale.
First of all, it's gonna give you your weight, it's highlyprecise in it's weight measurements within 0.
So, as you'd expect with this scale or any other,it'll give you an accurate weight measurementwhen you step on to the scale.
It'll also show you and calculate your fat mass.
That tells you what percentage of your bodyis made up of fat so you can see whether you'regaining or losing fat mass as time goes on.
Then it'll also give you your muscle mass percentage.
That tells you how much of your body is composed of muscle, which helps you target your effortson either losing fat or getting stronger.
There's also a water composition measurement as well.
The water measurement clues you into your hydration and water retention.
And as I already said, you've got your fat massand you've got your muscle mass,it will also calculate your bone mass as well, giving you a full picture of your entire body composition.
Now aside from all that body data, when you step on to the scale it will also give youtoday's weather forecast, so you get a forecastalong with the high and low for the temperature itself.
The Nokia Body+ scale will also give youa trending screen which gives you the pasteight weigh-ins on a line graphso you can see the big picture in addition tojust the data from your current weigh-in.
Now, I did mention that the Body+ is a Wi-Fi scale, you may be wondering why you would need or wantWi-Fi to be built in to a scale itself, and the answer is actually pretty simple.
The scale uses Wi-Fi to sync with theNokia Health Mate service and app,you could also choose to do this over Bluetooth insteadif you want to just sync directly to your device, and this gives you your complete historyof all the measurements and data that I just mentioned.
So you can go back and see how you're trendingover time and course correct as needed.
In fact, the app itself even has nutrition trackingbuilt-in, and fun fact, those people who set a goal, track their nutrition, and weigh-in regularlywill lose four times more weight than people who don't.
The Nokia Health app data does sync with other services, which is why I personally prefer it over Fitbit services, because when you use a Fitbit, they want to keep everythingwithin the Fitbit walled garden ecosystem, but when I use Nokia Health I can sync itwith Apple Health data, I can sync it with MyFitnessPal,Lose It!, MapMyRun, Runkeeper, and more.
It supports tracking and syncing datafor up to eight different people, and lasts up to 18 months on four AAA batteries.
And the scale is likely compatiblewith your smartphone of choicebecause it works with both iOS and Android.
If you're interested in the Nokia Health Body+you can pick it up right now in either black or white, they're available for $99, and there isactually a sale going on right nowwhere you can get it for $79 instead.
