Please note that you should never removethe top cover of your dispenser.
It's attached with a precision sealed gasketand removing it can cause leaks and will void your warranty.
Before we get started if you noticed a slow dripfrom one of the spouts it's possible that a slightmineral buildup has developed inside of the tap.

If water is collecting on top of the unit, the most common cause is the water bottle.
A bottle in poor condition can cause the unit to overflow.
If the dispenser is equipped with hot water, the bottle may be warm to the touch.
Now turn off the rear switches and unplug your dispenser.
Be careful, as some water may have reached the floor.
After unplugging the dispenser carefully remove the bottle.
Clean up any water that you see.
After removing the bottlewe will now remove the probe receptacle.
Gently pull up on the rear handle of the leak guardto remove it from your dispenser.
If you have this type of receptacle, simply turn it counter-clockwise, then lift.
Once you have taken it off, turn it over and inspect it for warping or other damage.
All parts should be completely round like these.
If you see any damage or warping, stop hereand contact customer care.
If the receptacle is fully intact,we'll want to make sure the dispenserdoes not have an internal leak.
Dispense water from the cold tapuntil the water level is aboutan inch above the plastic baffle.
Be sure to thoroughly clean up any water onand around the dispenser.
Now allow the unit to sit undisturbed for one hour.
This would be a good time to cross somethingoff your to-do list while you wait.
Now we're going to check around the dispenser.
If everything's dry and the water level in the reservoirhas not changed that means the bottle was the sourceof the leak and it's an easy fix.
Simply put your receptacle back into placeand purchase a new water bottle.
Your ready to resume enjoying your Primo top load dispenser.
