It's been a crazy three monthsI'm trying to get back into the swing of thingsI've not been kind of slacking on the video drops on the tutorials on the blogsWe just got back from Russia not too long ago the russian vlogs are going to be crazy so don't miss thoseMake sure your notifications are turned on so you don't we just introduce our new shears and our thinning shearsWe just introduce hands-on coursesWe'll be travelling different cities and providing those hands-on coursesAnd you can stay updated with all this stuff on our website soon 45 calm on our Facebook group pageOr follow me on Instagram at Bossy old cutsWe also do live streams on there all the time, and then we'll be traveling to different shows like the top gun barber showI'm super excited for and while I was in RussiaWe kind of shot a promo video as I've been in a movie set was crazySo I want to share that with you guys if you if you don't mind ready, let's check it outI know what you guys think in the commentsWhat's going on guys? My name is Chris BosioI'm so excited to be a part of the top John Barban show this year september 3rd, andMoscow Gonna be the biggestEvent of the year with some of the best barbers in the building so I can't wait to see everybody there don't miss outohyou man, ohyou manwhoa manI'm and so I thought it was dope it was an amazing experience to be able to shoot that andHope you guys liked it, but nonetheless man.
Let's go ahead and get started this haircut tutorialWe're back with the Masters back with the mastersYou feel like a year and a half since I use the masters, so I'm excited to get to itHope you guys learned so much comment below if you liked it smash the like button subscribeIf you're new to my channel, and you learn anything, or you enjoyed the video let's goSo right here.
We are using the endocrine line allies and not door gapThey are exhaustedbut like see how I'm kind like putting the line in but I'm edging it in atimely turned out heart of a lot easy to take out IBalled it out with my tea outliners because it cuts a little closerAnd then of course we'll follow it up with the Auntie shaver.
I don't give it that smooth shaveUp to lighten.
This is a must for anything.
I so hereWe're going to do some sheer work then go ahead and part it in the middle and this is going to be our guidelineLeaving some more grain in the front because the shape of the head it starts to dip a little bitso if youCan cut it and follow that guideline cut it straight through it's going to look shorter in the frontAnd it doesn't you know anywhere behind the front so it was in the middle of the head or the back is on the shortersoThis will be our guideline, and we'll use this to make sure that it's even all the way throughAll right, and as you can see I'm starting from the back and I'm making partsI'm grabbing little sections of the middle Guideline that we created andSome of the hair that we previously had cut so I kind of have like a two way guideline going all the way throughThis is a technique that I learned that I learned just kind of trial and error and watching videos and stuff Irecently took a hands-on course with foam Andrew does hair andHe really like he really helped me out when it comes to Share cards and and scissor cuts or whatevertaking that hands-on Hands-on course so IRecommend it man.
I think it was like $350 for the hands-on course.
It's one day.
It's likeIThink it was from like nine to four nine to three, but it was it was worth it IThink focused more on like texturizing your stuffSo it was cool.
You can see here now that I'm done connecting the sideI'm going to connect the rest of the front and I'm going to takeVertical guidelines, I propose the horizontal to connect the front to the rest of the hairYou gotta make sure you've good when you grab the hair you put and pulling it upand you have plenty of tension so that you know it's a even cut all the way through andEven then you want to cross-check itSo cut a head like if you did a vertical part do a horizontal part Justin Justin check it and make sure that it's evenand that simple really this is a shorter hairstyle shorter cutWill go through and sexuality do some point cutting maybe use dating she is not just years.
There's all kinds of differentTools you to use the texturizeAnd here.
I'm just all I'm doing is drying the hair and getting it ready for a clipper workI'm not stopping anything like that.
Oh that was one of the best parts of the Andrew does hairHands-on Seminar was the styling the blow dry the blow drying techniques andHonestly guys, I don't think I'll everTeach that on here on the YouTube channel because it's not my information to give man.
I learned it on his in his class andI just wouldn't feel right giving that information out for free, but I would definitely recommend you guys checking them out IThink this is the type of stuff that you know you learn your basicsYou learn your foundation you get you get good at fading and cutting hair through Youtube and repetitionBut if you want to step it up to the next level I do believe in continual learning coursesAnd that's that's one thing that I'm going to invest in this year a lot of this yearThis is me just exercising as you can see I'm using like six other views six inch shearsAnd I'm just parting the hair and I'm literally just point cuttingThe bigger chunks to take out the more texture you'll create right?Alright, so let's go ahead and start fading out to cut the top is cut it's dryI'm going to go ahead and take our number two guard and we're going to start clearing bulkAnd we're trying not to create a line with the number two.
We're trying to make it as soft as a mine as possibleAnd we'll do this all the way through we're going to blend down pretty muchWe're not going to create any guidelines in the tear cutDo this all the way around the head I'm going to show you guys in parts on this faceSo this is the number one guard as you can see hereI opened it and right underneath where we left off with the number two guard closedWe're going to go with the number one guard openRight underneath where we left off you see I'm not creating any leukemia of lines.
I'm just kind of lightening a little bitI'm be bulking nowwe close that number one guard all the way andjust like we did the last time we're going to follow up right underneath where we left off andYou can see we're not creating a line.
We're just following up underneath and debulking and little slowly, but surely slowly, but surelyWe'll go down more level.
So this is the number zero guard or your 1/16 or if you have a wall clipperIt's a half guardAnd it's about half way opening and again just right underneath where we left off with the number one guard closedwe're using this number zero andNow now it's closed, and you can see how it it's blendingYou know I'm saying there's no lines createdAnd now we're to the point where we take the number zero guard off, and we're literally justWe're going to we're going to blend out that line and the fade will be doneI saw a little bit of a darkness right here.
I'm just touching it up with the number one guardWe know if we were using the number zero guard? And there's a little bit of both above the zero guard then we're going to put our number one guard, right? That's the next level up, and I'm just cleaning it upThat's it.
You know take care of that now, so you don't forget about it laterSo now we have no guard with a star open and right.
We'll we left off with a number zero guard, right? We're going to go ahead and start using the the nose guardnow we're going to the second notch from the closed position the second notch andRight where we left off with the no guard open all the way open we're using thatSo as we get done with that we close it all the way, and if that thing is going to be blurry to be blendedAnd you guys can see hereThis is without any detail workSo of course we'll go back and we'll detail itbut you can see like if you really wanted to do a 10 or 15-minute fade you could do it just like this andYou know very much it a most clients would like to cut it either wayBut you know if you like me your ocd, I can't do itI've spent another 20 minutes on this cut for sureSo here.
I am I'm just detailing my work nowMaking things look a little bit cleaner in my opinion, and I'll do that.
You know on each side, soI sped up the rest of the haircut.
That's a tad bit what I would like for you guys to do is isEven though I put the captions to fill I would like you guys to anticipate what's going to happen next right? So you'll paying attention on this first half of the videoand you should know what's going to go on the rest of you try to anticipate it andUnderstand what I'm going to the rest of the videoSo here.
I'm just softening it up on the sideI'll say this to man like we can see you learning if you don't have the umThe repetitions like you don't have the luxury of messing up people and learning then it's always good to have somebodythere walk you through becauseThey can they can help you on your messed up with one rep and I'm sayingAlright, so here.
We go on the other side.
Just like the other side number two guardI'm going to say quiet on this side let you guys just kind of pay attention there we goSo we went to all the steps and now for details? And detailing is something that can be taughtYou know for a lot of us like Youtube Youtube um what you were doing people are learning on YouTube studentsLet's say you know, we're going to see this I'm going to learn our ownWe're going to do the register and figure it out that waybut it can be thought it just it's hard to see something like this in video use I'mSo here I'm using mice and Vav the seven inch shears umThey're dry cutting shears.
They're really good for for no scissor over comb my stuffThese were I believe $400 that I paidBut I'm not a lot of they're worth it their works are $400If this is what you do full-timeif you're just learning if you're just starting outAgain your garage cutting or if you're going to the industry you're building your clientele don't spend your money on engineersdon't spend crazy money on shears becauseIt's not going to make you a better you knowhair cutter, it's notwhat it's going to do is it's going to give more durability more longevity and if I speed up your cuts because they do cutnicer they are sharperThey're more ergonomicSo you know your wrist might not hurt as muchAfter a full day of cutting but that you don't have those problems if you're just starting out so noThought off start off with what you can and work your way upLet your client let the money that you make in the shot pay predictions moneyAnd for me like share of a comb is a lot a lot of keeping us stay still blades still ummoving this the the cutting blade quickly moving the comb slowly and justReally just touching the ends of the hairs normally have to comb you know grab the hairGrab a bunch of hair with the comb and just cut a bulk of hair you reallyJust like you're just cutting the ends of it the very tips and it does it makes all the differenceI'm going to keep this hairline natural.
I just lined up a C-cup now.
We're going to style itWe're going to put some up to 45.
I believe this is the mat format clayKnow this is the hard wax I believeIt's not out yet.
It's not out yet, but we should be releasing it sometime here in septemberSo I'm excited about thatYou guys can see this is the finished product.
I think it came out blurry you guys let me know what you thinkUm and it was it was I feel like this system is the quickest way for me to cut hereYou try to out be yourselfLet me know if they help and IHope you guys enjoyed the video don't forget to subscribe if you learn from this videoI check out these other videos that we have on thing.
